It was mentioned on the radio news program "The World". They said that the best time to watch is around 10am (English time), that's when the cheese is rotated, otherwise there isn't much happening.

I typed in the URL as soon as I heard them mention it. At that point, there were 284,106 visitors. A half hour later, there were 284,674.
