Dreamwidth Invite
May. 1st, 2009 03:02 pmIf anyone is interested, here is how I got a Dreamwidth account without getting an invite from a friend.
Yesterday afternoon (before the account signup opened up), I used my LJ OpenID (deguspice.livejournal.com) to sign into Dreamwidth (read-only access). After I setup the account, I clicked on the button to verify my email address. This morning, there was an email from Dreamwidth saying that in appreciation for my confirming my email address, they invited my to signup for an account.
