Where's My Refund?
Apr. 23rd, 2009 08:36 pmHere's a useful web page:
http://www.irs.gov/individuals/article/0,,id=96596,00.html
It'll tell you the status of your tax refund. But you'll need to know the exact dollar amount of your refund (they're using it as a password)
"You can generally access information about your refund 72 hours after IRS acknowledges receipt of your e-filed return, or three to four weeks after mailing a paper return."
The site told me I'll get my refund on May 12th. If the CPA did his job, we'll get a nice refund because of a carry-over loss from 1995.
