I once took a train from Ottawa to Vancouver that traversed Manitoba and Saskatchewan, but I don't think that technicality counts.

I spent three years in Vancouver, British Columbia.  I've been to Ontario a couple of times (most recently for the Worldcon).  My parents have a place in Vermont near the Canadian border so we've driven to Quebec a couple of times and to Montreal twice.  Long ago, my parents drove up the coast of Maine and we spent a day or two in New Brunswick.
