Battambang Market of International Food in Lowell is rather large. It recently moved into a former supermarket store on Church St. It's a bit like Super 88, but with an Vietnamese focus and no food court.
It has lots of shelf space with all sorts of bags, bottles, and cans of interesting stuff (they had four different brands of canned mangosteen). But the freezer section wasn't very impressive. I probably will go back to the Shin Shin market in Lawrence for frozen gyoza.
The music in the store was a bit weird. The guys at the butcher counter had their own music, and then the rest of the store had their own music. So if you stood in the wrong place you might be inundated with two different competing songs. One of the songs was "Itsy Bitsy, Teeny Weeny, Yellow Polka Dot Bikini" song in Vietnamese.
Edit: Fixed song title
Hmm, I wonder if anyone has done this as a filk?
"Wibbly-Wobbly, Timey-Wimey Tardis Police Box Traveler"
