On Friday, my high school class is having a reunion at the State Street Pavilion at Fenway Park. I'm going and Ann graciously agreed to go. (This is one of five classes at my high school that are having a reunion over the Thanksgiving weekend)
Out of a class of 365 (an easy number to remember), 126 people have said they'll show up (that includes spouses). I recognize very few of the names in the list, and the few people I've been able to contact who aren't on the list, they've said that they're not going . I fully expect to be bored at the event, but I've decided that I'd rather go and be bored, than miss the event and later regret not going. And I've never been to Fenway park, so this will give me a chance to take a look at the place.
If I get up on time on Saturday, I might also go to the open house at my high school. It might be interesting to see what's changed.
