Bold the ones you've been to, Italicize the one you're in, Underline the ones you've lived in.  Airports don't count.  Taking a cab downtown to spend a few hours wandering while changing planes does.  I'm tempted to say that nothing within half a mile of an interstate highway counts, but that would get way too complicated unless I introduce colored fonts...
