Night Light

  The other night, possibly the night Ann returned from her week in California, when I turned off the light over the bed, instead of the room being completely dark, there was a soft green glow coming from the table at the head of the bed.  Ann asked what was causing the glow.  It was a bag of 144 glow-in-the-dark rubber cockroaches from Archie McPhee (I would have included a URL for the cockroaches, but they no longer sell them). 

  Some people might consider it appropriate that the number of glowing cockroaches is a gross.
