Wedding Question
Oct. 13th, 2002 05:00 pmAnn and I went to the wedding of a friend from college at a hotel in Boston today. When I walked into the hotel lobby, Jill, a friend I hadn't seen for a quite a while, walked up to me and asked, "Do you have a Leatherman?"
It turns out that in their car they were trying to figure out how to repair John's suspenders. John said, "Ben will be there. He'll have a Leatherman."
I do not own a Leatherman multi-tool. But fortunately for them, my Swiss Army Knife had a pair of pliers. So I was able to fix his suspenders. Not only that but during the wedding he noticed that he still had a tag on the sleeve of his jacket that he bought less than four hours earlier, so once again my Swiss Army Knife came to the rescue.
